  <li><big>If or when selecting this option, we suggest you <strong>consider selecting a fixed theme choice</strong> so we can ensure synergy in the design between splash page and database website pages - for example the shown "Hair Salon" demo is better fixed with the 'cyborg' or 'slate' themes (IMHO).</big></li>
  <li><big>If you have an idea/design for your 'splash page' let us know, however as we have a <strong>large amount of templates available</strong>, let us come up with a draft design for you - <strong>it won't cost you any extra</strong>, our quoted price will be 'all in' for our template designs. <strong>Extras will only apply if you introduce a lot of customisation / special elements.</strong></big></li>

<h2>Delivery/Payment</h2>

<p><big>After receipt of the completed order forms and initial payment of our deposit requirement (50% of agreed price) - <strong>4/5 working days maximum</strong> for setting up on our server for clients to be able to start entering their content etc.</big></p>

<p><big>Site will be made available to public after confirmation from client they are ready (with content etc.) - within <strong>1 working day</strong> of notice</big></p>

<p><big>Balance invoice payments (remaining 50% of agreed price) to be made within <strong>1 week maximum</strong> of making site live, failure to do so will permit us to close off access to the site for both public and website owner.</big></p>

<h2>Hosting</h2>

<p><big><strong>Hosting</strong> is currently (standard app) set as <strong>£60 p.a.</strong> - <strong>the first year is included in our base price.</strong></big></p>
